How do I post a listing?

Once you have signed up for an account using the 'Free Landlord Account' link you will be presented with the option to post a new rental. Click on that link and fill out the form on the next page and press 'Submit.' It's that easy!

The more information that you include when you post a listing the better. We encourage you to list as many details as you can for your property and write a text description as well. Pictures make an ad much more appealing to the members when they are searching, so if you have pictures of the property we recommend that you upload at least one. If you need us to take pictures of your property we can send an agent to do a simple drive-past and take photos. Virtual-reality tours are also available for a per-listing charge of $40; see the property management page for more information.

Once you have filled out the property information and submitted it there will be a short delay as we approve and validate the listing. We check the validity of all of our listings, and even place some phone calls, to make sure that our members have an absolute minimum of bad or incomplete results.

You can have as many ads active at one time as you want, with up to 12 pictures per ad.
