If you could spend a few weeks doing nothing but driving around the various neighborhoods, examining properties and making phone calls all day, and not have to worry about temporary lodgings, food or gas expenses you might be able to see about 25% of the units that were available at any given time, and even then you would miss many options, since not all landlords advertise with newspapers and signs. Driving around through the various neighborhoods looking for apartments is a difficult and time consuming task for people that have lived in the area for years, let alone for someone who is just moving to the area for the first time.

There are also many free services available on the Internet and through free publication services, but those establishments advertise the communities and do not list actual vacancies .We take steps to make sure that the information is accurate and up to date on current available rentals.

Our service is not the only way to find an apartment in the region, but it certainly is the easiest.
