Should I delete my listing after the apartment has been rented?
Deactivating your listings once it is no longer vacant can ensure that you are not flooded with additional calls. When you log in to your account you will be able to update and deactivate any of the listings that you currently have posted. Also, we automatically deactivate any rental listings that have not been updated in 14 days to make sure that our database is free of dead listings.
For this reason, we recommend that you update your listings weekly, whether it is done through the website or via one of our agents over the phone.
